Yoga For Core Strength
Your core is the foundation of everything — and this four-week series is here to build it properly. Core in Four is a 12-class intermediate yoga series designed to strengthen your core from the inside out, support your lower back, improve your posture, and bring more power and stability to your entire body. Three classes per week, four weeks — each week building on the last and turning up the heat a little more. Classes range from 20 to 60 minutes, so you can fit your practice in no matter what your day looks like. How the four weeks work: Week 1: Laying the foundation — core awareness, breath connection, and functional movement Week 2: Building strength — deeper engagement, longer holds, more challenge Week 3: Turning it up — more complex sequences, stronger variations, full body integration Week 4: Full expression — your most dynamic, challenging classes yet By the end of four weeks you'll have a stronger, more stable core, better posture, a healthier lower back, and a full body practice that feels more powerful than ever.
